League and Cup Wins

Waringstown has an enviable record for winning both the Senior Challenge Cup and Section 1 of the NCU League – the Senior League Cup, as it is known. The Senior Challenge Cup was first won in 1914 and again in 1921, but did not return to The Lawn until 1967. The League was first won in 1911. In total the club has won the Senior Cup on 21 occasions and the Senior League 26 times. The All-Ireland Cup has been won four times. The record is shown below.

The NCU ‘Double’ has been completed on 10 occasions to date, one of which (1992) was actually a ‘Treble’ Year as the All-Ireland Cup also found its way to Waringstown.
